The New York State has issued a New Property Disclosure Form.

If a Seller is NOT “IN CONTRACT” by the 20th day of March 2024 (No Exceptions), they will no longer be allowed to provide the $500 property disclosure credit.
Instead, as of the effective date, the seller must complete the disclosure form, sign and have it attached to all sales contracts for residential 1-4 family homes (excluding co-ops & condos).
Please note that prior the exemptions have not changed.
